Surprisingly Great Service and Professionalism
I needed earrings and I needed them fast. I saw the commercial that Kay Jewelers is running for Christmas and I thought "Why not?? Seems cheap enough." Exactly. What I found were brown lumps of rock being passed off as diamond earrings. So I turned to the web, and a few searches lead me to Union Diamond. I had never heard of them, but eventually found out that they are ranked very highly on various sites. I now know why. A human being answered the telephone when I called (ask for Barbara...she's not only knowledgable, but funny as heck)and this same human being was the one that helped me get a great pair of Princess Cut earrings for my girlfriend. A great pair of WHITE DIAMOND EARRINGS...do you hear that KAY JEWELERS??? The Saleswoman wasn't pushy (which I loved) but briefed me on what to look for. I now know more about diamonds than ever, and when the day comes that I plan of proposing, I only hope that Barbara is there to help me. Thank you Internet! Thank you Union Diamond!
