I know you will be very hesitant to wire large amounts of money to someone who you feel may not be real for a diamond you have yet to lay eyes on. Don't be afraid!My experience with Union Diamond, and Scott Anderson specifically was nothing short of "perfect" customer service. I did my research and knew what range(clarity, color, cut, size) I desired before I called, and recommend you do the same. After I stated my desires Scott called me within a day with three recommendations. I purchased the diamond on a Wednesday, wired the money on Thurday, the ring shipped overnight on a Monday, and arrived promptly and well packaged Tuesday morning.By the way, my ring is a .90 carat, H, VS2, trillion cut in an 18K white contour solitaire setting. For all of you out there who are leery of an internet diamond company, I can relate. But, not to worry with Union DiamondAfter choosing the desired cut with my fiance at a local diamond store(Cushion cut), I began the education of a diamond process. Over the next few months I read everything I could on all aspects of the four C's of a diamond. After not being overly impressed with the inventory selection of the store we had visited, I began looking on Ebay and the internet. I really wanted to have the ablility to study and not have to make a decision on the stone from a salesman, but to take my time with this process.I then stumbled across Union Diamond and read all 300 testimonials. After looking at some of their inventory, I really had a chance to see what my parameters with the stone would cost me. Once I got my finances in order, I called and asked for Barbara who was spoken of very highly in the testimonials.From the beginning to the end she has been professional and kind without being pushy. I told her I wanted a minimum 2 carat cushion cut with at least a VS2 rating and at least an F color with not spending more than $15,000 - $17,000. Continued

I order a pair of Diamond Earring Studs. After dealing with the mall jewelers, I found Union Diamons online and after reading the raving reviews, i decided to buy the earrings from them. Well, the reviews are correct, the service is just awesome, Tony Rixom was helping me and they got the earrings made in time, shipped it with FedEx next to to meet my day I needed them. I earrings came in a beautiful box, included with it was wrapping paper and a bow. Also a appraisal report was included. I would recommend Union Diamond to anyone!

A great experience!
After a lot of searching for a diamond for an engagement ring, I came across Union Diamond on a suggestion from a friend. It was the BEST suggestion I ever had! I worked with Barbara Palumbo and found her to be extremely helpful, very knowledgable, and wonderfully friendly. The end result was a purchase of a 1.18 carat beautiful round diamond. After having the stone deliverd by next day FedEx (which was also great!), I took the diamond to my local jeweler to have it set and verified / appraised. When I went to pick up the ring, the staff at my jewelry shop were all "oohing" and "aahing" over the ring. The gemoligist at the store (GIA trained) described it as an "outstanding" diamond. To top it off, the local appraisal (in the solitaire setting) came in at almost 30% over my cost for the stone and setting. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer! And thanks again to Barbara at Union Diamond for all her help.
