I received the ring last week, and I'm really pleased on how it turned out!!! The stone is excellent, with no flaws or imperfections visible to the eye, and the setting looks great also!!!! I'll be honest with you when I say that I was not overly comfortable ordering a ring of this value over the internet, especially not being able to see it first. Your personal opinions and excellent customer service put my worries to rest. Thanks for all that you have done, and I look forward to dealing with you in the future!

Great experience!
We worked with 3 other vendors (for months!) who were all helpful but Barbara from Union Diamond impressed me with her AWESOME support in searching for the perfect stone and most importantly, for her patience. Not once did we feel pressured and/or pushed to make the purchase. GREAT customer service AND the best price for high quality diamonds put Union Diamond at the very top of all online diamond suppliers. Shipping was uber fast and the 30-day return policy is also a plus. Very highly recommended!

Very Satisfied Customer - Love my Ring!
I looked for the past 8 months for the right 25th anniversary ring in local jewlery stores all over. I knew what I wanted but the quality of the diamonds and prices they were asking just seemed out of line. So, I decided to look "on line" and Union Diamond was recommended to me. The whole experience was great and Barbara Palumbo helped me create the perfect ring with good quality beautiful diamonds at reasonable prices. She walked me through each step, was patient as well as educating me on choosing just the right stones. She also sent me amazing photos of the setting so I could see the progress and make sure it was what I wanted. Skeptical in Connecticut
This company is EVERYTHING they say they are. Period. I was VERY skeptical about wiring a large sum over the internet. I read the review by Forbes and felt better. I was more impressed with the people I dealt with. My delivery was scheduled "by noon" and on the day in question I had a knock on my door by Fed X at 11:56 am! The diamond was beautifully set and blew away my fiancee, her friends and her family. I paid at least 10% less than I could find anywhere else, never left the comfort of my home and would not hesitate to buy again. Thanks Lynn and Barbara!!
